2º DÍA EN ESPAÑA

Hoy 13 de abril nos reunimos en el vestíbulo del Colegio a las 9:00 y comenzamos el día con la bienvenida del coro del colegio. Después partimos hacia el Museo del Prado y desde allí, alumnos y profesores nos dirigimos al Parque del Retiro. Posteriormente, fuimos a la Plaza Mayor y comimos  y disfrutamos de una comida deliciosa y saludable. Después nos fuimos de turismo por la Puerta del Sol para ir de compras y ver las típicas tiendas tradicionales con abanicos pintados a mano, objetos religiosos, chals bordados y dónde no podíamos perdernos los impresionantes frescos en las paredes alrededor de la plaza. Finalmente, regresamos al colegio donde las familias estaban esperando a nuestros alumnos para llevárselos a casa. Todos disfrutamos muchísimo de este fantástico día.

2^nd DAY IN SPAIN

Today 13th June we met in the entrance hall at 9:00. Our choir welcomed us singing. Later, we went to The Prado Museum and next, we walked towards Retiro Park. Later, all students and teachers went to the Main Square and had lunch there and enjoyed a delicious and healthy food. After that, we went on sightseeing to Puerta del Sol for shopping and see the typical old shop fronts. Opportunities for tourist souvenirs but also more traditional items such as hand painted fans, religious items or embroidered shawls under the arches. We couldn’t miss the impressive frescos on the walls around the Square. Finally, we came back to school and families were waiting for our children to take them home. We really enjoyed this fantastic day.
